Cut Rag Processors’ blends are manufactured from the finest hand-picked Zimbabwean tobacco. Passionately cultivated and sustainably grown in the rich soils of Zimbabwe. Cut Rag Processors’ blends embody the best of Zimbabwe’s world renowned full flavour tobacco, whether naturally blended or flavour blended.
Our in-house blend designs utilise Zimbabwean choice select and origin specific tobacco to produce a well-balanced and wholesome smoking yield. Providing invigorating taste profiles, our blends strike a harmonious balance between strength and satisfaction.
Our cut rag processing plant has two separate production lines; a production line for lamina processing and a production line for stem processing. The two lines are integrated utilising an electronically controlled add-back system to match blend specific formats. The plant utilises modern and well optimised processing equipment, supported by a fully equipped quality laboratory and warehouses that enable us to manufacture quality cut rag tobacco according to customer specific production requirements.
